  I just left this place. I went in at 5:15, the lady behind the counter says "how can i help you?" I said im looking at (particular) rings. She says "oh im sorry, theyre all put away, we close at 5:30" would have loved to support a local store near my house, but ill never step foot in there again. I understand if youre closing early. But pretend to be friendly at least. Give a business card invite the customer back. I drafted this review in the parking lot before 5:30.

  I found an unexpected find recently, it was a watch that was my dad's. I found it in a box, it was not working. I took it to the jewelry shop in my town and they couldn't fix it, they quickly recommended Palace Jewelers. I took it there but I didn't expect the watch to work. I'm happy to say that the watch works perfectly, the staff was so nice and helpful. My dad passed in 2006 and to find his watch 10 years later was a gift. Thank you Palace!
